It is also very likely that Transport Canada will not allow the units into the country, and you could be stuck with paying shipping for a unit you cannot receive.

You may make a return within 15 days of receiving your product and we will refund the entire invoice price less our shipping costs. The customer will be responsible for first notifying OffRoadDirect.ca off the intention to return. The customer is also responsible for returning the product using their own insured shipping method. The product will be inspected on return and issued a full refund if the product is in new condition. Damaged or used products will be subject to all or a portion of the refund being withheld at the discretion of OffRoadDirect.ca. Please note that products shipped back collect will be refused.

Warranty

SPRING SALE Limited Guarantee

All products sold under the "SPRING SALE" qualify for a 30 day, product satisfaction guarantee.

This guarantee warrants that your item will be free from manufacturers defects in material or workmanship when received. Please take time when you receive your item to inspect all components for freight damage. The guarantee period expires 30 days from the "proof of delivery".

Any items found to be defective should be noted to OffRoadDirect.ca immediately in order to avoid a discrepancy. All defective items should be returned freight pre-paid to OffRoadDirect.ca with an RMA# (returned merchandise authorization number). Once diagnosis* has been performed and proof of the defect has been received** and if OffRoadDirect.ca determines the part(s) are defective, OffRoadDirect.ca will repair or replace the part(s) at no cost to the customer. This guarantee does not apply to monetary losses through labor, loss of time or freight.

This warranty does not cover

Normal wear and tear caused by using the unit under normal driving conditions.
Normal maintenance that should be provided to the unit.
Deterioration caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, unsuitable attachments, over loading or straining, neglect, poor maintenance or repairs, abnormal use, or abuse.
A vehicle that has not been operated in a reasonable and prudent manner.
Labor or labor costs to replace or repair warranted parts.
Shipping costs arising from the return or replacement of defective items*** (an exemption to this rule exists during the first 15 days from the receipt of your new product).

This warranty is invalidated if

The vehicle is repaired, serviced, dismantled, adjusted, or modified by any person other than a licensed mechanic.
The vehicle is not operated and maintained as recommended in the owner's manual.

The following parts are not covered under the warranty

Tires
Brake pads, Rotors, Shoes and Calipers
Body Parts and Upholstery
Batteries
Hand levers (choke, brake and/or clutch)

*Diagnosis will consist of either a phone consultation VIA telephone by OffRoadDirect.ca or by a written diagnosis provided by a licensed motorcycle or small engine repair facility. **At the discretion of OffRoadDirect.ca, proof of defect shall be submitted in the form of either a digital photograph or return of the defective part to OffRoadDirect.ca for evaluation. ***At an extra cost, Warranty Freight Insurance can be purchased so that OffRoadDirect.ca assumes responsibility for all return and replacement freight during the warranty period.
